    Use a slider like in lecture 4. Then just move all the content depending on the slider's value.

    Either let all the textures call a draw method of your own. In this draw method you may modify the supplied coordinate parameters according to the scroll. This makes sure that everything is being scrolled. This is how it's done in SC".

    Or you could use opengl to move things by doing some translates in a similar way that the anvil was properly located in the interface.

    how could you use the scroll wheel on your mouse to let it move?

    Do the same thing but make it controlled by the mouse wheel instead. Some vanilla interfaces gives examples on how it's done.
