techne model texture?

    so i tryed to render a techne model as a tile entity and i followed the tutorial on minecraft forge wiki,however
    bindTextureByName("texture path"); doesnt exist anymore and techne and the wiki doesnt seam to be updated to that, so how do i apply my texture? i cant find a method or anything.

    Take a look on the source from lecture1 in Climbing the interface ladder. As far as I know the code in GuiMachine is the same for tile entity models.

    haha! it worked!
    however now that i have a texture on it i see its missing almost all parts, have to look into that.

    just re-exported the model and this time with indevidual shape names, DERP.
    now it works like a charm!

    you have to edit some things like the boundary box to fit your model, i can upload my test-derp-mod-thingy source if you need it.
